Stephanie Walter formed Erbe Investment Group, LLC for the purpose of real estate investing through multi-family and commercial properties. 

Prior to founding Erbe Investment Group, Stephanie started her professional career by obtaining a degree of a Bachelor of science in Biology and Chemistry and soon started working in the insurance claims industry for 8 years, specializing in working with contractors, overseeing repairs and keeping projects in line and on budget with the insurance company.

I realized my passion was being an entrepreneur, so in 2005 I started an insurance agency. Which, to date is one of the largest, most highly awarded agencies in Colorado. In addition to running a successful business I began to invest in real estate properties in 2004 and have since acquired small, multifamily and commercial mixed use properties.  Real estate has always been my passion.

For the next 15 years she has successfully invested in all kinds of asset classes and mentored with some of the giants in the commercial real estate industry I realized by partnering with others we could actually achieve the same buying power and benefits enjoyed by big banks, insurance companies and the wealthy have been doing for years in the purchase of commercial real estate.
